My 3 year old loves ricecakes with peanut butter and blueberries on top!! Yummy. Smoothies with soft tofu, yogurt, fruit, milk and juice are always a big hit too

I believe we need to lead by example. It's about eating right and having a clean diet and exercise. We have a fruit bowl that sits on our kitchen counter so it's accessable to them. Breakfast is multi-grain cherrios or sometimes frosted mini wheats. My kids also like to eat my p90x protein bars (they have a couple bites of mine.) I also like to treat them with the added fiber pop tarts. those aren't bad. www.kellyboatright.me

Nature's Path brand toaster Pastries are great. They come in Blueberry, strawberry and pomegrante flavors. Great quick snack. These are organic.

I finally got my daughter to start taking Kiddie Acidophilis! Jarrow brand has come out with a great tasting one! You can purchase it at Whole foods.
