Description: The term "Working Mom" is a redundant one. Lets rant and rave about a world where we carry a laptop in one hand and a ladle in the other!

This site does not pay much, but it does pay. All you do is list 5 ads per day for them on Craigslist. They have a short (6 minute) video that explains exactly what to do. You can make about $40 a month that they pay through Paypal. Not much, but every bit helps me. Hopes it helps someone else.

Need LOW COST Health or Dental Benefits?
I just got a promotion at my job, which came with a good (not great) raise. I am seriously considering hiring one of those Merry Maids places to come once a month. We are both home only for getting ready to go to work, come home, eat, play with the kids, then sleep. There is no way to do it all and keep the house. Before we had kids we always had a clean house and it stresses us both out. Even though we can't really afford, its to the point where we have to afford it. And once a month would be enough that we could keep up the major stuff in between and let them deal with the details.
I am an administrative assistant at a health center housed inside of a large distribution center. I have the same problem that most of you other working mom's have: Dad's too tired to spend time with the kids and I work from noon to 8 pm 4 days a week! When I get home, exhausted, my husband passes off the 18-month-old to me and struts off to bed!
When my 3 older children were younger, I did everything too. I breastfed them, tried to keep the house clean, took care of them, tried to keep up with the laundry and of course I was a stay at home mom. Then I got divorced but not for that reason, and I have observed other married couples and couples and realized that your partner is with you, helped make the children, and has a responsibility to help you with the house and kids. 50/50 is how it should be, 4 years ago I had another baby and still am doing everything but I'm also a single parent. So to you ladies that are doing this by yourself, I suggest for you to sit down with your partner and talk to him seriously about doing 50/50 on everything. Communication is the key to every relationship.
I work full time outside of the house and still do everything in the house. I am lucky if I can get my husband to spend 10 minutes with our son. He works a physical job and says he is too tired when he comes home. He usually eats dinner and falls asleep on the couch until about 10pm. Then he gets up and plays his guitar all night. I am sick and tired of doing everything myself.
I totally understand what your talking about, my man is the same way. He thinks since he's the only one working outside the home and he has some a strenuous job that he shouldn't have to do anything when he gets home.....I tell him all I want him to do is play with the kids, then I can do all the other stuff. Most of the time that works out pretty well.
He tells me that doing what I do all day is a job, but his is harder.....lol
Very little help from the spouse (he works, outside the home, and figures everything here is Mama's job....)
As if working from home is not having a "REAL" job. Any one else understand what I am talking about?
hee/hee.

I've found a site/biz that after some time and some effort I'm feeling positive this one will pay off for lucrative money later. www.mypowermall.com/biz/home/102016 All you have to do is share it like I am here, give people their own sites and purchase one online purchase a month (as little as $1 if you want) to keep your site active. I know I love to shop online and that's about the only way I shop. So while I'm shopping thorugh my mall, it's the same sites we all go to everyday anyway, I'm earning rebate $ back on what I purchase.... Check out the video's on the page of the link above and NO ONE will contact you until you are ready....this is one of those "it can't hurt". The business is still young, but I feel it will be big! Good luck :)
So what does everyone do for a living?? I work full time at a food broker's office as an office administrator. I have been here for over 15 years and love all my co workers. We are a small company so we are like family. I also work at home on the computer filling out surveys and offers to make some extra cash.
Why work out of the home when you can work in the home and be just as successful? You get paid daily, benefits and work when you want and can!

My daughter was born at the end of September, and i have to return to work on February 6th. I am not looking forward to returning but am thankful for the extended matenity leave i was was able to take. The things i am looking forward to about work are: 1. Presidents day (NO WORK), 2. Spring Break (a week off), 3. Memorial Day, 4. June 20 (last day of work until september)
I work out of the home (for now) and I have an almost 21 month old. I hated having to go back to work when my maternity leave was up. Plus I felt like I got more done when I was home.
I worked for the first 3 years with my daughter, Then when Charlie came around I came home. I've been home for the last 2 years and today I'm going back to my old job now that the youngest is 6 months old. I really don't wanna but you gotta do what you gotta do. You guys know what I mean.
Check out this great article published last week in the NY post about accomidating parents in the workplace. Some non- parents claim that parents get preferential treatment. What do you think?

Being a full time mom and professional, balancing homemaking and my professional job is challenging to say the least. Having a helpful partner/husband who splits the responsibility of the homemaking part eases the load. How much does your spouse contribute in house/child related responisbilites?
