DH and I spent more than 3 years trying to conceive. We finally took a break a few months ago, when final exams and job hunting just added to the stress. Now we're ready to give it a shot again. Our insurance won't cover treatment of any kind, but it does cover testing. We at least know now that our hormone levels are normal. We'll hopefully be seeing our doctor again in the next week or two to find out what our next step is. In the meantime, we're using OPK's at home and just hoping to time it right. I don't have a lot of hope, but I know more than one person who got pregnant naturally after trying for several years, so i'm not ready to give up just yet.
I know how you feel, my husband and i have been married for 6 years and have been trying to get pregnant too. A few years ago i took birth control for a couple of months and ended up getting pregnant, but ended up being ectopic, now we are going to try the birth control method again, I wish you luck and try to do something to relax your body so your body isn't so stressed about you trying to conceive.
